I don't watch as many Youtube tutorials as I used to, but one person I still continue to watch and enjoy is xsparkage. 


Yesterday she uploaded a tutorial on the eye makeup Nicki Minaj was wearing at the VMA's on Sunday. I absolutely adore Nicki Minaj and I really liked this simple yet gorgeous and bright look she wore, so I thought I would share the tutorial with you guys!
